Where are we coming from ...? CSS was founded by Beth de Montjoie Rudolf, in an effort to bring a practical and effective approach to conveyancing for those organisations who do not have the resources or, perhaps the need, for full time Technology Programming and Systems Initiators but still wish to reap the benefits that effective use of systems and technology bring. Beth was previously Head of Technical Developments for Conveyancing at Warner Goodman LLP, a five branch practice on the South Coast with 12 residential conveyancing teams. Having previously had experience in document and page programming within SolCase, on joining the firm in 2001, Beth was asked to write the Videss Case Management Workflows to enable the residential conveyancing department to systemise their processes. As a result of this, the firm adopted case management for all of it's eight disciplines and subsequently much of its ISO accreditation was credited to the Case Management Systems in place. Later Beth became Operations Director of the firm's Volume Conveyancing Division, setting up the operation from scratch and the systems to underpin it, recruiting, training and directing the staff. At the point at which Beth left the Division it was on track to achieve its targeted £1million turnover in its first year. Prior to joining Warner Goodman LLP, Beth Project Managed various technical projects for Countrywide Property Lawyers, having originally joined them as a Team Leader, from her first Conveyancing role at McEwens Solicitors where she was Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department until 1997, having been appointed at the tender age of 25! | Where are we going? CSS is passionate about the need for fast, efficient and user friendly systems that really work. The change in customer expectation is almost palpable and increasingly the most effective way to maximise profit is to identify the profit sapping areas of your process, and systemise them to make them happen effortlessly. CSS is here to help you do just that. | Where have we been? Most recently the founder of CSS has been instrumental in the successful launch of the smoothmove network under which the movewithus panel Solicitors adopted a series of protocols enabling them to streamline their procedures. A similar set of protocols has been adopted by the Solent Property Lawyers Groups in Southampton and Portsmouth as well as firms nationwide who responded to several articles in the trade press. |
